# Get Fipe History

Monthly FIPE price of (fipe_code, year): FIPE's own tables plus the price history back
to Dez/2007 (migration 053) — ONE fuel's line, the listing's `fuel` when FIPE prices it
(fipe_series.py explains the rule; mixing fuels drew a zigzag).

A model year FIPE does not price falls back to the 0 km rows the old loader stamped with
that year (`zero_km: true`) — exactly what this showed before the switch; fipe_years.py.

Beside it (migration 058, fipe_outlook.py): `market`, the monthly median asking price of our
ads for this code and year, and `forecast`, the next 6 months of FIPE with an 80% band —
neither for a 0 km stand-in. A plain `def`: its database work blocks, and as a coroutine it
froze the worker for every visitor while it ran.
