Type-ahead over FIPE's current table (fipe_search.py): versions ranked by match and by
how many ads we have of them, plus the brands the first word could mean. An empty query
returns the popular brands and versions instead.

- `q` string: Marca, modelo, versão, ano ou código FIPE
- `tipo` string, nullable: carros | motos | caminhoes
- `limit` integer
