# Record a declined plan offer

`POST /api/billing/offer-declined`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.peelaway.io`
- URL: `https://api.peelaway.io/api/billing/offer-declined`
- Auth: API key in cookie `better-auth.session_token`

Sent when a signed-in customer closes a plan offer or cancels a checkout without buying. From then on an eligible account is offered the Intro Week ($2.99 first week) until redeemed. Idempotent: the first decline time is kept. API keys are not accepted.
