# Preview a gallery design

`GET /v2/organizations/{organizationId}/gallery/{galleryId}/preview`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.pdfs.build`
- URL: `https://api.pdfs.build/v2/organizations/{organizationId}/gallery/{galleryId}/preview`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Page 1 of the design rendered from its own sample data, as a PNG. Rendered once and cached, so the first call takes a second and later ones do not.

## Response `200`

The page-1 render.

## Other responses

- `401`: Missing, invalid or expired API key.
- `403`: The organization in the URL does not match the API key's organization.
- `404`: `gallery_template_not_found`, or `preview_unavailable` when the design did not render.
- `502`: The service that owns this resource could not be reached. Safe to retry.
