`GET /api/v2/api-keys`

## Request

- Auth: one of:
  - API key in cookie `p2m_session`
  - HTTP bearer

## Response `200`

Keys

- object
  - `items` V2ApiKey[], required
    - `id` string, uuid, required
    - `name` string, required
    - `prefix` string, required
    - `scopes` string[], required
    - `last_used_at` string, date-time, nullable
    - `expires_at` string, date-time, nullable
    - `created_at` string, date-time, required
  - `limit` integer: Plan's api_keys_limit (EP-023 §7.3)
  - `used` integer: Active (non-revoked) keys

## Other responses

- `401`: Missing/invalid API key or session
- `403`: Device is not linked to an account
