  - `current_phase` integer, nullable
  - `completed_phases` integer[], nullable
  - `phase_data` object, nullable
  - `progress` integer, nullable
  - `updated_at_local` string, nullable: Local timestamp without timezone
  - `timezone` string, nullable: IANA timezone string (e.g., 'America/New_York')
