# Release a resource through its provider

`POST /credits/resources/{resourceId}/release`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.paywithlocus.com/api`
- URL: `https://api.paywithlocus.com/api/credits/resources/{resourceId}/release`
- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP bearer
  - HTTP bearer
  - HTTP bearer
  - HTTP bearer

The row is marked released only after the provider confirms, or answers that it is already gone.

- `resourceId` string, uuid, required

## Request body

- object
  - `idempotency_key` string, required

## Response `200`

Released, with the updated row

## Other responses

- `202`: Still processing; the row is returned unchanged
- `404`: Not found or not yours
