# Forget up to 50 customers' names

`POST /credits/customers/remove`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.paywithlocus.com/api`
- URL: `https://api.paywithlocus.com/api/credits/customers/remove`
- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP bearer
  - HTTP bearer

Deletes directory entries by (source, customerId). Charges are untouched; the dashboard shows the ids again. Enterprise workspaces only.

## Request body

  - `customers` CustomerRef[], required
    - `source` string: attribution.source; '' or omitted for charges tagged without one.
    - `customerId` string, required

## Response `200`

How many of the named entries existed

- object
  - `success` true, required
  - `removed` integer, required

## Other responses

- `400`: An invalid or duplicate entry, or an empty or oversized batch
- `401`: Missing, invalid, expired, or revoked management credential
- `403`: The authenticated management credential lacks one or more required scopes
