# Clear a catalog override

`DELETE /credits/catalog/{slug}`

## Request

  - HTTP bearer

Removes a provider or endpoint override so pricing falls back to the next level up, ending at the workspace default. slug is provider (whole provider) or provider/endpoint (URL-encoded), the same forms PUT accepts. Idempotent: clearing something that has no override succeeds and reports cleared: false. This clears configuration only — it never disables an endpoint.

  - `cleared` boolean, required: false when there was no override to remove.

## Other responses

- `403`: The authenticated management credential lacks one or more required scopes
- `404`: No such provider or endpoint in the Locus catalog. Clearing an override that was never set is not a 404 — that returns 200 with cleared: false.
