  - `phone` string, required — The cellular number you would like to send OTP
  - `content` string, required
  - `sms_sender_uid` string, required
  - `expiry_minutes` integer — The expiry minutes the code will expired.
  - `length` integer — The length of the code you would like us to send, 6 is the default.
