# List regulated individuals

`GET /individuals`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://app.payna.com/api/v1`
- URL: `https://app.payna.com/api/v1/individuals`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Returns a paginated list of all regulated individuals (loan officers, insurance adjusters, etc.) for your company. Use `?type=mlo` to filter to loan officers, `?type=adjuster` for adjusters, or omit `type` to list all regulated persons regardless of vertical. Filter further by `employment_status` to surface only active or terminated individuals.

Paginated list of individuals.

    - `individual_id` string, uuid, required: Payna internal ID for this person. Use in all sub-resource endpoints.
    - `individual_type` string, required: Regulated vertical: mlo (mortgage loan officer), adjuster (insurance adjuster), or any future type.
    - `full_name` string, required
    - `work_email` string, email, nullable
    - `nmls_id` string, nullable: NMLS individual identifier, when applicable.
    - `employment_status` 'active' | 'inactive' | 'terminated' | 'pending', nullable: Employment/sponsorship status at this company. An individual can be active at one company and terminated at another.
    - `company_id` string, uuid, required
    - `updated_at` string, date-time, required

    - `total` integer

## Other responses

- `400`: Invalid query parameters.
- `401`: Unauthorized.
- `429`: Rate limit exceeded.
- `500`: Internal server error.
