# Create a location

`POST /v1/locations`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://orders-api.paymongo.com`
- URL: `https://orders-api.paymongo.com/v1/locations`
- Auth: HTTP basic

Creates a catalog location for the caller's organization.

## Request body

- CreateLocationRequestDTO
  - `location_slug` string, required
  - `name` string, required
  - `order_number_mode` 'daily' | 'sequential': OrderNumberMode is "daily" (resets each Asia/Manila day) or "sequential" (never resets). Defaults to "daily" when omitted.
  - `pass_on_fees` boolean: PassOnFees charges the payer the processing fees on every checkout session of this location. Defaults to false.
  - `review_url` string
  - `warehouse_ids` string[]: WarehouseIDs are the inventories-api warehouses the location sells from, at most 100. Omit to leave the menu untracked.
