VTS PAN Lifecycle

## Request body

- PanLifeCycleInternal
  - `api_call_unique_identifier` string, required: Unique number that must be passed at each API request. Identifier to make each API request unique
  - `client_id` integer, required: Unique identifier for the client which Paymentology will provide at outset
  - `new_token` integer, required: New Public token.
  - `old_token` integer, required: Public token.
  - `operationReason` string, required: Reason for operation
  - `operationReasonCode` 'ACCOUNT_UPDATE' | 'ACCOUNT_CLOSED' | 'EXP_DATE_UPDATE' | 'CONTACT_CARDHOLDER' | 'PORTFOLIO_CONVERSION' | 'UPDATE_ACCOUNT_LEVEL_RECORD', required: A reason code for the operation
  - `operationType` 'UPDATE' | 'DELETE', required: Type of operation.
  - `user_id` string: User Id of the Customer who triggered the API request.
  - `remarks` string: Remarks for API request
