# Create Account Credit Limit

`POST /pws/pws_create_account_credit_limit/`

This web service creates a credit limit and optional overdraft for a card account. Optionally scope the limit and overdraft to a specific Merchant Category. <p>This web service support 3 features:</br>--To propagate the existing product/group level credit limit.</br>--To override the product/group or existing account general credit limit.</br>--To create a new credit limit for the particular account</p>

## Request body

- PwsCreditLimitAccountModel: Create account Credit Limit
  - `acc_id` integer, required: account Id
  - `api_call_unique_identifier` string, required: Unique number that must be passed at each API request. Identifier to make each API request unique
  - `client_id` integer, required: Unique identifier for the client which Paymentology will provide at outset
  - `option` integer, required: <p>option is required for setting credit limit.</br><ul><li> 1: Use the same credit limit as used in product/group level.</li><li>2: Override the general credit limit in account level.</li><li>3: Set Credit Limit at the account level when there is no product/group level credit limit</li></ul>
  - `user_id` string: User Id of the Customer who triggered the API request.
  - `remarks` string: Remarks for API request
  - `messages` AccountCreditLimitRequest[]: It is the array object consisting related parameters for creating account credit limit
    - `effective_date` string, required: Effective Date
    - `mcc_code` integer, required: MCC Code
    - `mcc_group` string, required: MCC group
    - `merchant_type_category` integer, required: Merchant Type category.</br>Note: For the general credit limit,merchant_type_category,mcc_code and mcc_group are set to 0,0,'0' respectively.</br>For merchant specific credit limit, we can put specific code available from the list.</br> Either all of them should be zero(general credit limit) or any one of them should be non-zero(merchant specific limit)
    - `overdraft_fixed` number, required: Overdraft_fixed
    - `overdraft_logic` string, required: <p>Overdraft Logic</br>possible options are:</p><ul><li>SUM: Sum of them</li> <li>MIN: Minimum of two amounts</li> <li>MAX: Maximum of two amounts</li> <li>AVG: Average of two amounts</li></ul>
    - `overdraft_perc` number, double, required: Overdraft_perc
    - `credit_limit_amount` number: Credit Limit Amount.<p>when we define general credit limit it is required. else for merchant specific either credit_limit_percent_of_general or credit_limit_amount can be defined
    - `is_interest_included` boolean: Is Interest Included
    - `credit_limit_percent_of_general` number: Merchant Specific Credit Limit that is Percent of the General Credit Limit
  - `general_credit_limit_override_amount` number: It is required when we want to override the general credit limit at account level.</br>When the input option =2, this value should be populated.
