# Get intake status

`GET /disputes/intake/{disputeIntakeUUID}/status`

Retrieves the processing status and summary for a dispute intake.

- `disputeIntakeUUID` string, uuid, required

## Response `200`

Current dispute intake status.

- DisputeIntakeStatusResponse
  - `disputeIntakeUUID` string, uuid, required: Unique Identifier of a dispute intake.
  - `status` 'INITIALIZED' | 'PROCESSING' | 'COMPLETED' | 'COMPLETED_WITH_ERRORS', required: Current lifecycle status of a dispute intake.
  - `summary` object, required: Counts of disputes by processing outcome.
    - `total` integer, required: Total number of disputes in an intake.
    - `accepted` integer: Number of disputes accepted into the intake.
    - `processing` integer, required: Number of disputes currently being processed.
    - `succeeded` integer, required: Number of disputes processed successfully.
    - `failed` integer, required: Number of disputes that failed processing.
  - `failed` FailedDisputeIntakeItem[]: Intake failures, present when the intake has errors.
    - `disputeIntakeItemUUID` string, uuid, required: Unique Identifier of the failed dispute within the intake.
    - `disputeUUID` string, uuid, required: Client-Provided Identifier of the dispute that failed processing.
    - `errorCode` string, required: Machine-readable code identifying the failure.
    - `message` string, required: Human-readable explanation of the failure.

## Other responses

- `400`: Validation failure. The response body contains one of the following codes: - MALFORMED_REQUEST: The request body is not valid JSON or cannot be parsed. - MISSING_REQUIRED_FIELD: A required field is missing or empty, such as cardIdentifier, dateFrom, dateTo, disputeUUID, or a required dispute field. - INVALID_FIELD_TYPE: A field has the wrong type, such as a string where a number or boolean is required. - INVALID_UUID_FORMAT: disputeUUID, or disputeIntakeUUID is not a valid UUID. - INVALID_ENUM_VALUE: A field contains an unsupported value, such as transactionSource or cardholderAcknowledgement. - INVALID_DATE_FORMAT: A date or date-time does not use the documented format. - INVALID_AMOUNT: A dispute amount is not a valid decimal, or minAmount is greater than maxAmount. - INVALID_FORM_CONTENT: Form content is malformed, contains invalid fields, or does not match the transaction source.
- `403`: Forbidden. The caller is authenticated but does not have permission to perform this operation.
- `404`: Dispute intake not found.
- `500`: Unexpected server error.
