# Get Company Business Units

`GET /compliance/v1/companies/{companyId}/businessUnits`

**Summary Description**

This endpoint returns  all businessUnits for the companyId querying

**Use Cases**

- Partner needs to confirm all  businessUnits have been added into Paylocity for a client
- Partner needs to confirm the status of  businessUnits that have been added for a client

## Response `200`

Returns the business units for the companyId

- PartnerBusinessUnitResponseDtoPaginatedResult: Represents a single page of results returned from a paginated endpoint.
  - `count` integer: Optional total number of items available across all pages when requested.
  - `offset` integer: Zero-based index of the first item returned in the current page.
  - `limit` integer: Maximum number of items requested per page.
  - `items` PartnerBusinessUnitResponseDto[], nullable: Items retrieved for the current page.
    - `businessUnitId` string, nullable: Business Unit ID associated with the business unit.
    - `businessUnitName` string, nullable: Business Unit name.
    - `isActive` boolean: A Boolean value indicating if the business unit is active.
    - `description` string, nullable: Description for the business unit.
    - `createdAt` string, date-time: Creation timestamp for the business unit.
    - `updatedAt` string, date-time: Last update timestamp for the business unit.

- `401`: Unauthorized
- `404`: Not Found
- `415`: Unsupported Media Type - Returns the details of the error
