Updates the filenaming configuration for a specific project.

Request Body:
    projectId (int): The ID of the project (required)
    titleTemplate (str | null): Template for image titles (optional)
    filenameTemplate (str | null): Template for filenames without extension (optional)

The configuration is stored as JSONB in the projects table and used when
generating image titles (for display) and filenames for downloads.
