# Get Effective Permissions Endpoint

`GET /getEffectivePermissions`

## Request

Returns effective task-based permissions for a user within a project.

For normal users:
- Start from role defaults for (project, role)
- Apply per-user overrides if present

Notes:
    - If user_id/role are omitted, they default to the authenticated user.
    - Non-super-admins can only request their own permissions.

- `projectId` integer, required
- `userId` string, nullable
- `role` string, nullable
