Add a text-only brand (brands are ORG-GLOBAL; no logo image — the image never drove
detection). JSON body: {projectId, brandName, category?, keywords?[], contactEmail?, link?}.
`keywords` are the text/OCR variants the AI matches; the brand name is auto-added as the
first keyword. The brand's origin project is projectId; org is resolved from it.
