# Get Recipients Endpoint

`GET /getRecipients`

Retrieves recipients for a single project, or the union across multiple
projects (the "All Projects" view) when projectIds[] is provided. The
multi-project payload includes per-recipient project membership (projectIds).

## Query parameters

- `projectId` string, nullable
- `projectIds[]` integer[]

## Response `200`
