`POST /movePersonProject`

Retarget one membership badge. Body {personId, fromProjectId, toProjectId}.

The badge "edit" action — and the fix for a face uploaded to the wrong project, since it
moves the origin (and the S3 crop with it) when the source badge is the origin.
