# Get Persons Endpoint

`GET /getPersons`

Retrieves persons for a project.

Returns every person by default, as it always has; `limit`/`offset` are opt-in and
the response carries `total`/`hasMore` so a caller can page when it wants to.

## Query parameters

- `projectId` integer, required
- `limit` integer, nullable
- `offset` integer

## Response `200`
