Verify the Connector JWT + ACK; enqueue a run (message) or resume (card press).

A press on an ``Action.Execute`` button arrives as an ``adaptiveCard/action`` invoke, and
Microsoft reads the BODY of this 200 as the answer to it. That is the only way Teams moves
anything on screen at press time, because the platform hands an interaction no reply address
and every other answer waits for the worker. The service decides WHICH answer the press earns,
since a card replacement and a line to the presser change the screen for different people.
