# Update your skill rating comment

`PATCH /v1/skill-ratings/{rating_id}`

## Request

Replace the comment on one answered skill rating owned by the calling actor.

- SkillRatingCommentUpdate: Replace the free-text comment on one actor-owned rating.

Successful Response

- OwnSkillRatingSummary: The calling actor's latest answered rating for this skill.

  - `verdict` 'up' | 'down', required
  - `comment` string, nullable

- `400`: Bad request

- `403`: Forbidden. Inspect response body `code` for the specific reason (for example: PERMISSION_DENIED, EMAIL_NOT_VERIFIED, TENANT_ACCESS_REQUIRED, ROLE_UNRESOLVED)
