# Uninstall a skill pack from the workspace

`DELETE /v1/skill-packs/{pack_slug}/install`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.patricia.app` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://api.patricia.app/v1/skill-packs/{pack_slug}/install`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Remove a pack and the skills it brought in. A skill stays if this workspace installed it separately, if another installed pack includes it too, or if a skill that stays needs it. Removing a skill also removes its settings and its history, and cannot be undone.

- `pack_slug` string, required: The pack's slug.

Successful Response

- SkillPackUninstallResponse: What a pack uninstall did: what went, and what stayed and why.
  - `pack_slug` string, required: The pack that was uninstalled.
  - `removed` string[]: Skill slugs removed from this workspace, with their settings.
  - `kept_independent` string[]: Kept because this workspace installed them on its own.
  - `kept_shared` string[]: Kept because another installed pack includes them too.
  - `kept_dependency` string[]: Kept because a skill that stays installed needs them.
  - `kept_builtin_skills` string[]: Kept because built-in skills cannot be removed.
  - `missing` string[]: Skill slugs the pack included that this workspace no longer had.

## Other responses

- `400`: Bad request
- `401`: Unauthorized
- `403`: Forbidden. Inspect response body `code` for the specific reason (for example: PERMISSION_DENIED, EMAIL_NOT_VERIFIED, TENANT_ACCESS_REQUIRED, ROLE_UNRESOLVED)
- `404`: Not found
- `422`: Validation error
