# Read one file from a draft

`GET /v1/skill-drafts/{draft_id}/files/content`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.patricia.app` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://api.patricia.app/v1/skill-drafts/{draft_id}/files/content`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

The text of one file in your own draft, addressed by its exact bundle-relative path. A file whose bytes are not text (a binary asset from an uploaded package) is refused rather than mangled — download the original package for those.

Successful Response

- DraftFileContent: One file's text, returned to the draft's author only.

## Other responses

- `400`: Bad request
- `401`: Unauthorized
- `403`: Forbidden. Inspect response body `code` for the specific reason (for example: PERMISSION_DENIED, EMAIL_NOT_VERIFIED, TENANT_ACCESS_REQUIRED, ROLE_UNRESOLVED)
- `404`: Not found
- `422`: Validation error
