# A default-on catalog skill's settings form, readable before it is ever installed

`GET /v1/skill-catalog/{slug}/config`

The generic settings surface for a default-enabled portable catalog skill, addressed by SLUG so reading it creates no install row. Returns the field schema (the catalog's active version, never a stale pin — this class's settings follow the catalog the same way its body already does) and the workspace's stored values, empty when there is no row yet.
