# Skip an onboarding step

`POST /v1/onboarding-skips`

## Request

Record a workspace onboarding step as skipped. Requires `tenant:read`.

  - `step` 'company' | 'tools' | 'calendar' | 'use_case' | 'integrations' | 'team', required: The wizard steps a workspace may leave unfinished. The chat steps are deliberately absent: connecting a chat platform is where Patricia lives, so the chooser and the two connect screens are required and carry no Skip. A workspace that skipped one before this rule keeps the stored marker, which no longer names a step and is ignored. The calendar, use-case and integrations steps are dismissible; the chat steps remain required. The AI tools step has no skip: "We use none yet" answers it by storing an empty list.
