# List recent meeting recordings

`GET /v1/meetings/recordings`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.patricia.app` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://api.patricia.app/v1/meetings/recordings`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

The workspace's most recent meeting recordings, newest first: title, platform, when they were requested, their lifecycle status, and whether the recap was posted.

## Query parameters

- `limit` integer: How many recordings to return (newest first).
- `owner_actor_id` string, uuid, nullable: Only recordings belonging to this person (from GET /meetings/recordings/people).
- `participant` string, nullable: Only recordings whose transcript has this speaker (from GET /meetings/recordings/people).

Successful Response

- MeetingRecordingHistoryResponse: The workspace's recent recordings, newest first.
  - `items` MeetingRecordingHistoryItem[]
    - `id` string, uuid, required
    - `title` string, nullable: The meeting's title, when one was given.
    - `platform` string, required: The meeting platform (e.g. 'Zoom', 'Google Meet'), or 'the meeting'.
    - `status` string, required: Lifecycle: 'requested', 'recording', 'done' (processing), 'ingested' (notes ready), 'failed'.
    - `requested_at` string, date-time, required: When the recording was requested.
    - `recap_state` string, required: Recap delivery state: 'posted' (confirmed delivered), 'saved' (stored for an imported meeting, never sent), 'not_posted' (attempted, not confirmed), 'pending', 'off' (auto-recap disabled), or 'none' (no recap yet).
    - `conversation_id` string, uuid, nullable: The conversation the recording was asked from (where the recap lives), when known.
    - `error` string, nullable: The short failure reason, only when status is 'failed'.
    - `owner_actor_id` string, uuid, nullable: The person this recording belongs to, when the provenance is known.
    - `owner_name` string, nullable: That person's display name, when they are still a known actor in this workspace.

## Other responses

- `400`: Bad request
- `401`: Unauthorized
- `403`: Forbidden. Inspect response body `code` for the specific reason (for example: PERMISSION_DENIED, EMAIL_NOT_VERIFIED, TENANT_ACCESS_REQUIRED, ROLE_UNRESOLVED)
- `404`: Not found
- `422`: Validation error
