# Resolve a requester-bound key form

`GET /v1/integrations/connect-attempts/{attempt_id}/key-form`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.patricia.app` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)

Returns the app, fixed sharing scope, deadline and reconnect target of a key form that chat started. Only the signed-in person who owns the chat identity the attempt records can read it. Anyone else, and any expired, finished or unknown id, gets the same 404.

- KeyFormContextResponse: The fixed context of a chat-started key form, for the person who started it.
  - `attempt_id` string, uuid, required
  - `app_slug` string, required
  - `visibility` 'team' | 'personal', required: Who, within a tenant, may use a connected account's tools. ``TEAM``: any actor in the tenant. ``PERSONAL``: only the actor who connected it. Designed to extend to a ``GROUP`` scope later (the Groups model is already on main).
  - `expires_at` string, date-time, required
  - `reconnect_account_id` string, uuid, nullable
