# Start a tool-catalog sync for a connected account

`POST /v1/integrations/accounts/{account_id}/syncs`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.patricia.app` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://api.patricia.app/v1/integrations/accounts/{account_id}/syncs`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Creates a background sync of the account's provider actions into the tenant tool catalog. Answers 503 when the queue broker will not take the work, so a stale catalog is never answered with a 202 the caller would wait on forever.

## Response `202`

Successful Response

- SyncResponse: Receipt for a queued tool-catalog sync. ``queued`` is only ever returned once the broker took it.
  - `status` string, required
  - `account` string, uuid, required
  - `task_id` string, nullable: Broker task id for the queued sync, for tracing its worker logs.

## Other responses

- `422`: Validation Error
- `503`: Service unavailable: the task queue could not accept the sync.
