# Allow or decline a permission review

`POST /v1/autonomy/review-intents/{intent_id}/decision`

## Request

Allow or decline a review you opened. Declining leaves the task running with its approval settings.

- `X-Tenant-Id` string, nullable

## Request body

- CreationReviewDecisionRequest: Allow or decline a review. ``confirmations`` names the disclosures the person checked.
  - `decision` 'allow' | 'decline', required
  - `confirmations` string[]

## Response `200`

Successful Response

- CreationReviewDecisionResult: What a decision did. ``unconfirmed`` means the outcome could not be read back.
  - `outcome` 'minted' | 'refused' | 'unconfirmed' | 'declined', required

## Other responses

- `400`: Bad request
- `401`: Unauthorized
- `403`: Forbidden. Inspect response body `code` for the specific reason (for example: PERMISSION_DENIED, EMAIL_NOT_VERIFIED, TENANT_ACCESS_REQUIRED, ROLE_UNRESOLVED)
- `409`: Conflict
- `422`: Validation error
