# Delete an authored skill (DSAR hard-delete)

`DELETE /v1/authored-skills/{skill_id}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.patricia.app` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://api.patricia.app/v1/authored-skills/{skill_id}`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Hard-delete the skill + its versions, compiled rows, files, installs, and occurrences. A skills:delete holder (owner/admin, or a delete-scoped API key) removes ANY authored skill, installed or not. Without that authority, only the skill's own author may delete it, and only once it has NO install left, whatever its scope and whoever owns it — including the author's own. Uninstall first (a route the author already has), then delete.

## Path parameters

- `skill_id` string, uuid, required

## Headers

- `X-Tenant-Id` string, nullable

## Response `204`

Successful Response

## Other responses

- `400`: Bad request
- `401`: Unauthorized
- `403`: Forbidden. Inspect response body `code` for the specific reason (for example: PERMISSION_DENIED, EMAIL_NOT_VERIFIED, TENANT_ACCESS_REQUIRED, ROLE_UNRESOLVED)
- `404`: Not found
- `422`: Validation error
