# Approve a proposed tenant skill version

`POST /v1/authored-skills/{manifest_version_id}/approve`

## Request

Activate a proposed tenant version. Owners and admins may approve their own authored versions. A version authored without that authority must be approved by a different owner or admin.

Successful Response

- ApproveResponse: The result of approving a proposed version → active.

## Other responses

- `400`: Bad request
- `401`: Unauthorized
- `403`: Forbidden. Inspect response body `code` for the specific reason (for example: PERMISSION_DENIED, EMAIL_NOT_VERIFIED, TENANT_ACCESS_REQUIRED, ROLE_UNRESOLVED)
- `409`: Conflict
- `422`: Validation error
