What the waiting page polls while somebody goes and reads their mail.

The most permissive limit of the four, because a page polling every few seconds is the
designed behaviour and this route reaches ``AuthService`` on no path.

- EntraAssuranceResumeRequest: The ceremony secret; resume also reads the optional first-time answer.
