# List what AI tools can do through Patricia

`GET /v1/ai-tools/abilities`

## Request

List the tools the Patricia MCP server offers to a connected AI tool. The few highlighted tools come first.

- `X-Tenant-Id` string, nullable

## Response `200`

Successful Response

- AiToolAbilityList
  - `items` AiToolAbility[], required
    - `name` string, required: The tool's name on the Patricia MCP server.
    - `label` string, required: A short name for the tool, in words a person uses.
    - `summary` string, required: One line on what the tool does.
    - `reads_only` boolean, required: True when the tool only reads and never changes anything.
    - `highlighted` boolean, required: True for the few tools the dashboard shows first.

## Other responses

- `400`: Bad request
- `401`: Unauthorized
- `403`: Forbidden. Inspect response body `code` for the specific reason (for example: PERMISSION_DENIED, EMAIL_NOT_VERIFIED, TENANT_ACCESS_REQUIRED, ROLE_UNRESOLVED)
- `404`: Not found
- `422`: Validation error
