`GET /v1/admin/teams/app-package`

## Request

The same archive ``GET /v1/integrations/teams/app-package`` serves, reachable by a platform staff user who holds no membership in the customer's workspace. Built in memory from the Teams manifest and icons in the runtime image; reads no database. Internal admin users only.

The deployment-specific Teams app package.

## Other responses

- `400`: This deployment cannot build a package. ``teams_not_configured`` when the Microsoft application id is unset or malformed; ``teams_app_package_unavailable`` when the manifest or an icon in the runtime image cannot be read.
- `401`: Unauthorized
- `403`: Permission denied (PERMISSION_DENIED) or email not verified (EMAIL_NOT_VERIFIED)
- `404`: Not found
- `422`: Validation error
