# Whether every active Composio account's tool rows carry the running classifier's generation

`GET /v1/admin/integrations/tool-tiers`

## Request

Reads the classifier generation stamped on every enabled tool row of every ACTIVE Composio account. An account is ``visited`` when every row carries the running generation, ``stale`` when any row carries another or none, and ``empty`` when it has no enabled rows. ``ok`` is false while any account is stale; re-running the re-sync is what clears it. Note ``ok: true`` with ``checked: 0`` means the scan matched no active account, not that the fleet is verified — the cutover step is visited above zero with none stale. Read-only. Internal admin users only.

Successful Response

- ToolTierGenerationReport: Whether every ACTIVE Composio account's tool rows carry the running classifier's generation.
  - `ok` boolean, required: True only when no account is stale. Read it with ``checked``.
  - `generation` string, required: The classifier generation the running image stamps.
  - `checked` integer, required: ACTIVE accounts scanned. ``ok: true`` with 0 verifies nothing.
  - `visited` integer, required: Accounts whose every enabled row carries the current generation.
  - `stale` integer, required: Accounts with at least one row at another generation, or none.
  - `empty` integer, required: Accounts with no enabled tool rows at all. Reported, never a failure.
  - `stale_accounts` ToolTierStaleAccount[]: A capped sample of the stale accounts, for diagnosis.
    - `tenant_id` string, required
    - `integration_account_id` string, required
    - `enabled_rows` integer, required: Enabled integration tool rows backed by this account.
    - `rows_at_generation` integer, required: How many of them carry the current classifier generation.
  - `stale_accounts_truncated` boolean, required: True when more accounts are stale than the sample lists.

## Other responses

- `401`: Unauthorized
- `403`: Permission denied (PERMISSION_DENIED) or email not verified (EMAIL_NOT_VERIFIED)
- `422`: Validation error
