# Messages of one conversation

`GET /v1/admin/conversations/{conversation_id}/messages`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.patricia.app` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://api.patricia.app/v1/admin/conversations/{conversation_id}/messages`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

The messages of one conversation, newest first. Each message has its role, author, time, run and full text with secrets removed. A conversation can be a private direct message between a person and Patricia. The read is recorded against your staff account.

## Path parameters

- `conversation_id` string, uuid, required: The conversation id.

## Query parameters

- `limit` integer: How many rows to return, 1 to 200. Defaults to 50.
- `pq` string, nullable: The page marker from the `next` or `previous` value of an earlier answer.
- `from_prev` boolean: True when the page marker came from `previous`.
