# Start an operator console chat turn

`POST /v1/admin/console-chat/messages`

## Request

Accept a JSON body part and zero to five inline file parts.

## Query parameters

- `tenant_id` string, uuid, required

## Response `202`

Successful Response

- ConsoleMessageResponse: The private conversation that accepted the queued turn.
  - `conversation_id` string, uuid, required
  - `accepted` true
  - `tracking_expires_at` string, date-time, required

## Other responses

- `400`: Bad request
- `401`: Unauthorized
- `403`: Forbidden. Inspect response body `code` for the specific reason (for example: PERMISSION_DENIED, EMAIL_NOT_VERIFIED, TENANT_ACCESS_REQUIRED, ROLE_UNRESOLVED)
- `409`: The Idempotency-Key was already used for a different message (``idempotency_conflict``).
- `422`: Validation error
- `503`: Operator console chat or the task queue is unavailable.
