`GET /v1/admin/cockpit/teams/{tenant_id}/payments`

Read one workspace's payment ledger, newest first.

Requires the workspace identifier. Supports bounded pages. Returns payment entries and paging information.

    - `purpose` string, nullable: Credit-grant source (topup / auto_refill / proration / …), or the synthesized value ``subscription`` for a cycle invoice, which never gets its own grant.

    - `clawback_credits` string: Credits reversed by a refund, if any.
