# Whether the one-time salience remediation is armed

`GET /v1/admin/brain/remediate-salience`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.patricia.app` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://api.patricia.app/v1/admin/brain/remediate-salience`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Reports whether API_BRAIN_SALIENCE_REMEDIATION_ENABLED is set. Read-only. The repair is a deliberate one-time act, so the console needs to know it is disarmed before offering it.

## Response `200`

Successful Response

- RemediationStatus: Whether the one-time salience repair is armed in THIS environment.
  - `enabled` boolean, required: False when API_BRAIN_SALIENCE_REMEDIATION_ENABLED is off, in which case triggering returns 409. Exposed so the console can say so up front instead of offering a control that only fails when pressed.

## Other responses

- `400`: Bad request
- `401`: Unauthorized
- `403`: Forbidden. Inspect response body `code` for the specific reason (for example: PERMISSION_DENIED, EMAIL_NOT_VERIFIED, TENANT_ACCESS_REQUIRED, ROLE_UNRESOLVED)
- `404`: Not found
- `422`: Validation error
