`DELETE /v1/actor-preferences/tool-overrides/{override_id}`

Remove the calling member's own consent of any kind, a consent on one of Patricia's own tools included, by the id the inventory lists. It names no connection. A consent on one of Patricia's own tools is removed with the rest of its action group. Idempotent and self-scoped exactly like the connection route: another member's id behaves like an id that does not exist.
