# List implementation notes for an intent, newest first.

`GET /api/v1/intents/{id}/notes`

Default order: created_at descending (newest first). Each note includes createdBy (unlike the POST create response, which omits it). No rate limiting on this GET.

## Path parameters

- `id` string, required

## Query parameters

- `workspace_id` string

## Response `200`

OK — returns { notes, count }

- object

## Other responses

- `400` — Cookie-session auth only: workspace_id query param missing
- `401` — Invalid/expired API key, or no Bearer key and no valid session cookie
- `403` — Lacks read scope; OR cookie auth not a member of the workspace
- `404` — Intent not found within this workspace
- `500` — DB error fetching notes or unexpected internal error
