Answers: what did the examiner reject, under which statutes, and when is a response due. Each item is one office action (non-final, final, restriction, ...) with mailed_date, the reply deadline per 37 CFR 1.134 / MPEP 710.02(b) (`response_due_estimate`, `response_due_max` with extensions under 1.136(a), `response_period_months`, `response_extendable`, `restarts_period` — all null for an action whose period is set in the letter; on a notice of allowance the estimate is the issue-fee due date), `statutes` and `rejections` when USPTO's parsed data exists — `statutes` carries the bare section beside any paragraphed form (103, 112, 112(a)) so a filter on '103' never misses, and is null rather than empty when USPTO sent no structured rejections at all, which is not the same as an action that rejected nothing. The examiner's prose — `body_text` and the per-statute rejection text inside `sections` — costs include_text=true (tens of KB each); without it `text_chars` and `section_chars` say how much there is to ask for. Text lags mailing by 0–7 days; a transaction can exist before its text does.
