# Delete an image.

`DELETE /api/image/{imageID}`

## Request

DEPRECATED: Delete an image node via the normal GraphQL endpoint or a QuantumSync operation. This route has been deprecated in favor of: POST /api/graphql.

Delete the image with the given quantum node ID.
If authorized and the given image is found, it will be deleted from the file store and the database.
The ID provided must be the ID of the `Image` Quantum node, NOT the name of the image.
