# Accepts an AuthGroup Invitation

`POST /api/authgroup/join`

> **Deprecated.**

Used by the front end `/app/login/post-auth` route to accept project (auth group) invitations. The role the user receives in the
referenced AuthGroup is determined through AuthGroup invite role; if no role is defined, we default to read-only user.

## Request body

- AcceptOrganizationInvite: Parameters required to accept an organization invite
  - `inviteID` string, uuid, required: ID of the invitation being accepted.

## Response `200`
