# Custom Review Reply Updated

`POST customReplyUpdated` (webhook)

This event is triggered when an existing reply is edited in Partoo on a review you pushed
through a [custom review partner](/guides/api/resources/reviews/retrieve-reviews#custom-review-partners).

## Payload

- object
  - `type` 'custom_reply_updated'
  - `payload` object
    - `org_id` integer: Unique identifier of an organization in Partoo.
    - `business_id` string: Business id
    - `partner_slug` string: Slug of the custom partner the review belongs to.
    - `review_external_id` string: The `external_id` you sent when pushing the review, returned as `key` on the review.
    - `reply` object: The reply, as you need it to publish it on your platform.
      - `content` string, nullable: Text of the reply.
      - `date` string: When the reply was written, in ISO 8601 with the offset of the business timezone.
      - `update_date` string, nullable: When the reply was last edited, `null` while it has never been edited.
      - `author_name` string, nullable: The Partoo user who wrote the reply. Returned as `anonymous` when the review has been deleted since.

## Acknowledgement `200`

Return a 200 status to indicate that the event was properly received

## Other responses

- `500`: An error in range 500-599 will trigger a retry from webhook delivery system, up to 5 times, with an exponential backout. > ⚠️ You may have to deal with events not received in order
