# Search for FHIR resources.

`GET /R4/{resource_type}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://sandbox.particlehealth.com`
- URL: `https://sandbox.particlehealth.com/R4/{resource_type}`
- Auth: API key in header `Authorization`

Searches for FHIR® resources of the given type for one patient. Particle supports the subset of FHIR® search parameters listed below; any other parameter returns a 400.

## Response `200`

OK

- FhirBundle
  - `entry` FhirBundleEntry[]: The set of search results.
    - `fullUrl` string: The URL at which the resource represented by this entry can be accessed.
    - `resource` object: The resource represented by this bundle entry.
    - `search` FhirSearchSetEntryMetadata
      - `mode` string
  - `link` FhirLink[]: Links related to this bundle.
    - `relation` string: The type of relation between the bundle and the link.
    - `url` string: The URL at which the link can be accessed.
  - `resourceType` string: The type of the FHIR resource.
  - `total` integer: The total number of resources in the bundle.
  - `type` string: The type of bundle.

## Other responses

- `400`: Bad Request
- `401`: Unauthorized
- `406`: Not Acceptable
- `500`: Internal Server Error
