# Send Hiring Message

`POST /api/public/profiles/{handle}/messages`

A company account emails a person about a role, through Parlel.

The order of refusals is the order a sender can fix them in:

  403 / 409  not a company account / no company page yet (``company_account``)
  409        the company page has no ``contact_email`` -- there would be
             nobody to CC and nowhere for a reply to go
  404        unknown or unpublished profile
  400        messaging yourself
  403        this person has turned hiring messages off
  409        this person has no address we can reach
  429        the company's ten for today are spent
  502        the mail did not go out; the attempt still counts

Returns ``{"status": "sent", "remaining_today": n}``.
